陳姓女模命案大逆轉跌破眾人眼鏡，主嫌程宇疑似為了誤導案情，一度將監視器畫面中「毛帽女」指認為共犯，目前不排除是程宇自導自演。法醫高大成曾在案發第二天「神預言」程宇是「單獨犯案」，而針對近日程宇緊咬梁姓女友「共同參與」部分，他則再度研判目的就是要「脫罪」。

高大成先前指出，如果死者生前遭到脫褲性侵，嫌犯大多很難再將內褲穿回去，加上性侵殺人犯根本沒有時間再幫死者穿回內衣褲，所以只要命案死者沒有穿褲子，就可以推測生前出至少有8到9成的機率遭到性侵。據《蘋果日報》報導，高大成根據多年經驗指出，被教唆殺人可能降到14年以下，但判決結果還是要看法官，所以認為程嫌緊咬女友目的就是求脫罪。

另外，高大成說，程嫌的梁姓女友若案發當時在場，念及情誼不會想讓陳姓女模死的這麼難看，且現場呈現死者內衣褲被丟棄，採拖行方式棄屍，與以往的姦殺棄屍案明顯不同。

高大成也提醒檢警，程嫌也有可能翻供改稱與死者是「合意性交」，這點也可從死者的臉部、胸部、腹部等五處，檢查是否有外傷等，判定死者是否遭到強制性侵，釐清證據。
